OUR RETURN COMMITMENT

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Time: Request initiated within 7 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact same condition received.
  • Packaging: Must be in original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Proof: Original order confirmation is required.

Items Not Eligible: Items marked as final sale or damaged by customer misuse.

RETURN PROCESS
  • Initiate: Contact us via email: support@deltamens.com or Phone: 01607867428 with your Order ID and reason.
  • Approval: We will provide instructions for return shipping.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed back to you vie Bkash, Nagad or Rocket within 3 business days.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos. We will cover the return shipping cost and promptly send the correct item or issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned product.
